Scanalog Review and Giveaway

If you have been reading me long, you know that we are planning to build a house. I want a house that is completely handicapped friendly and accessible to make Regan comfortable so that she live with us ling term, but still have a space to call her own. With this in mind I have become a collector of sorts. I have files of decoratin ideas, ADA building ideas, Disability catalogs filled with showers, baths, and everyting we could ever need. Even my files have subfiles.....like paintcolors I love, and furniture styles....pools with zero entry so that she could walk right in with her walker...all the bells and whistles. I have upgraded my files at least three times, and they are still expanding.

I now have a cure for my ever expanding collection(disease)....Scanalog. This software catalogs all of your magazine articles, pamphlets, children's artwork, important documents, and stores them for you in categories. There are eleven master categories....and then there are many subcategories that you can make to suit your needs. It is great to have all of the articles, items, and paperwork that you are saving in one place on your computer. The Scanalog software retails for $49.95and I highly reccomend it to all of you magaizine junkies who are saving articles for years...or like me decorating ideas for your ultimate house.

I am very fortunate to be able to giveaway one away from the Scanalog company. This Giveaway is open to all United States and Canadian Residents and will close on March 1st at midnight. If you are entering Anonymously please make sure to leave an email address so that I can get in touch with you. Here is how you can enter:

1.Leave a comment on what you would store using Scanalog software (mandatory first entry).
2.Become a follower of my Blog and leave me a comment telling me: 2nd Entry
3.Place a copy of my button on your sidebar, leave me a comment: 3rd entry
4.Twitter about this post and leave your tweet in a comment:4th Entry
5.Blog about this giveaway and leave the URL in a comment:5th Entry

This would be so cool. I just inherited a ton of old photos from my mother, from way back in the late 1800's and to the present. I could scan them all and create a photo book for all my family.

I've got a box of magazines in the attic with decorating ideas and craft projects I want to do in the future. Each only has one or two things that I really need. I'd love to just save the articles I need and sell the rest of those magazines at my spring garage sale and free up some much-needed space in my attic.

First of all of my my husband's and my medical records (we're both cancer survivors,) all my scattered and space consuming recipes, decorating ideas(!), gardening tips and plans, wish lists, writing ideas and concepts, "Art" I use for all kinds of projects... As Melanie said: "The possibilities are endless!"
